Giveaway Terms & Conditions
By entering any giveaway or promotional contest hosted by Brio Marketing Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Giveaways are open to individuals who are residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Brio Marketing Solutions are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Requirements
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entries must be submitted via the method and within the timeframe stated on the giveaway entry page or promotional materials. Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated.
3. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries and notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
4. Prize
The prize(s) offered in the giveaway will be clearly described in the giveaway announcement. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash unless otherwise specified.
5. Publicity Release
By entering the giveaway, you grant Brio Marketing Solutions permission to use your name, likeness, and/or submitted content for promotional purposes in connection with the giveaway and future marketing efforts, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Brio Marketing Solutions is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or other errors that may occur. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if any issue compromises the integrity of the promotion.
7. Data Usage
Information collected during the giveaway will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to receive marketing communications from Brio Marketing Solutions, with the option to opt out at any time.
8. Governing Law
All giveaways are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
