About the Event

Purpose in Action: The Business Experience is a bilingual event created for entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders who want to begin the new year with clarity and confidence. Through three experiential workshops — Imagine, Plan, and Realize —participants will engage in hands-on activities and practical strategies designed to inspire and provide clear takeaways for 2026. From crafting a candle with affirmations to mapping personal actions and defining a brand step, each session blends reflection with action.
More than business, this event is about community, connection, and growth. With limited seating, curated vendors, and sponsor support, attendees will leave with new insights, meaningful connections, and renewed direction — ready to put their purpose into action.

  • Ángeles Martínez

    Professional Stylist & Cosmetologist, Creator of The 360 Method

    With over 20 years of experience in Mexico and the United States, Ángeles Martínez is an expert in integral beauty and the creator of the 360 Method. Her passion and determination helped her overcome barriers and open her own successful studio. Today, she shares her knowledge through her book and online course, giving you the tools to turn your dreams into reality in the beauty industry.

  • Jessica Tlatuani

    Founder and CEO of Soul Seed

    Founder and CEO Jessica Tlatuani, originally from Mexico City, began her journey in 2020. What started as homemade soap-making quickly evolved into a passion for herbalism, eco-friendly cosmetics, and sustainable wellness.

    Since moving to Nashville in 2022, Jessica has grown Soul Seed into a recognized local brand, participating in farmers’ markets, pop-ups, and festivals across the city. Her work has earned multiple awards, including the ELLA Grand Prize (2024), HOLA Latino Entrepreneur Next Generation Under 30, and the Neighborhood Spotlight Award by One Community and the Tennessee Titans Foundation.

  • Damaris Villalva, MBA

    Founder & Marketing Consultant Of Brio Marketing Solutions

    Damaris Villalva is an entrepreneur and marketing strategist with a BBA in International Business and Marketing from Trevecca Nazarene University and an MBA from Belmont University. A first-generation Latina business owner, she is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build strong foundations that support long-term growth.

    Since launching Brio, Damaris has received multiple recognitions and awards for her leadership and impact in the business community. She is also deeply involved in Nashville’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, where she frequently mentors, teaches, and collaborates with organizations such as TLACC and ELLA.
